It seems that I can be so happy for days at a time, then out of no where a wave of depression and sorrow hits my plunging me into a realm of darkness and tears. The wave can last for hours or some times days. But it dose go way. I am four months clean from cutting. So that is an accomplishment. But  each wave of sadness it is hard to keep the blades away from my skin. I know its bad. I know I am messed up. But those happy times that last longer makes me forget the sad times. The happy times make it seem like I am okay. Those days tend to out number the sad days. If they where just a bad day that would be one thing. But these sad days seem to

Yea now I know it is just the end of February and March is just beginning  but I am sick of the snow and the ice and the cold weather. I am ready to not ware pants but to ware shorts. I am sick having to put on coat after coat just to go out side. I am ready for the warm weather, and the sunshine and the vitamin D!!!! So spring I have no idea where you are hiding but you need to stop and come out an play. Sorry winter we cant hang out for a while your nice but you are a bit much to handle right now, we can hang out in November okay? Now spring come on stop messing around and get your ass over here!!

I challenge all of you to get an empty jar and fill it with notes about good things that happen then next new years eve empty it and see why life is worth living. I am going to. I think you all should too.
